We realized that while design tools had evolved, the feedback loop was still stuck in the era of messy email chains and fragmented chat apps.
We built QuickReviewer to provide a ‘single source of truth’ where designers, marketers, and clients can review complex assets in real-time. By owning the entire product lifecycle—from initial architecture to global scaling—we’ve created a tool that redefines creative velocity for the world’s most demanding brands.
The Opportunity
As experts in digital transformation, we identified a massive gap in the creative workflow market. While project management tools handled ‘tasks’ and design tools handled ‘creation,’ the ‘review’ phase was a chaotic mix of MS Teams, WhatsApp, and long email threads.
We saw the opportunity to leverage our deep expertise in high-performance web engineering to build a specialized collaboration layer. Unlike standard markup tools, we understood that effortless reviewing requires custom engineering for every proof format. Whether it is a frame-accurate 4K video or a live staging URL, the environment needs to be interactive and responsive. By building a cloud-native SaaS product, we created a scalable asset that matches technical precision with creative intuition, specifically addressing the needs of high-output agencies and enterprise marketing departments.

QuickReviewer was engineered for Instantaneous Feedback. Our roadmap focused on removing every second of technical friction between a reviewer’s thought and a designer’s action. We moved beyond simple annotations to create bespoke interactive environments for every asset type.

Interactive 3D & ePub Workflows: Engineered dedicated rendering environments for 3D assets and ePub files, allowing stakeholders to rotate, inspect, and annotate within the actual file structure.
Real-Time Collaboration Workspace: A low-latency environment where multiple stakeholders see live feedback simultaneously, eliminating the risk of conflicting instructions.
Engineered Multi-Format Proofing: Custom-built interactive players for Video, HTML5, and Audio, ensuring frame- accurate, time-stamped feedback directly on the asset.

Live Environment Review for UI/UX: While tools like Figma are excellent for static mockups, they cannot review live code. We built a live staging review tool that allows UI designers to annotate live environments, catching CSS bugs and interaction issues in the actual browser.
Advanced Agency Management: A centralized, secure hub designed to manage multiple external agencies and internal cross-functional teams with granular access controls.

Creative & Design Sync: Native integrations with Adobe Creative Cloud, Canva, and Wix, allowing designers to manage feedback without leaving their design environment.
