Role Overview:
As a Pre-Sales Specialist, you will act as a strategic bridge between sales, product, and client teams. You will be responsible for understanding client requirements, designing tailored solutions, and managing the end-to-end pre-sales process—from RFP analysis to solution presentations. This role requires a strong blend of technical expertise, business acumen, and stakeholder management to effectively position Clavis Technologies’ offerings and support successful deal closures.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage the complete pre-sales cycle, including RFIs, RFPs, and RFQs.
- Prepare and submit bids/proposals, ensuring alignment with client requirements.
- Track bid status and manage responses accordingly.
- Evaluate global compliance and regulatory requirements to provide accurate responses.
- Perform research to design descriptive solutions tailored to client needs.
- Maintain the central pre-sales repository to ensure standard content is readily available.
- Assist delivery and sales directors in pitches and proposals.
- Prepare Business Requirement Documents (BRDs) and product-related documentation.
- Draft scope of work documents with internal and external alignment.
What We’re Looking For:
- Minimum 3+ years of experience in solution/consultative selling.
- Hands-on experience managing the entire pre-sales cycle.
- Proven experience in pre-sales of SaaS products, solutions, or systems.
- Strong understanding of global compliance and regulatory frameworks.
- Solid knowledge of the software development domain.

· Strong cross-functional collaboration skills.
· Ability to understand client requirements and craft customized pitches for prospective clients.
Qualifications & Certifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or related field.
- Master’s degree (MBA or equivalent) in Business Administration, Marketing, or Technology Management (preferred but not mandatory).
- Certified Pre-Sales Consultant (CPSC) or equivalent industry-recognized credentials.
