Role Overview
We are seeking a highly creative, versatile UI/UX & Creative Design Expert who thrives at the intersection of product design and visual storytelling. As our design all-rounder, you won’t just build wireframes—you will shape how users interact with our clients and our in-house SaaS platforms. Additionally, you will work closely with the marketing team on how our brand breathes across the web and digital media.
Above all, you are someone who understands design based on context. Whether creating a sleek, data-heavy dashboard for an enterprise SaaS tool or drafting an eye-catching marketing asset, you instinctively know how to balance form, function, typography, and color psychology to match the audience’s needs.
Key Responsibilities
1. Product & Web Design (UI/UX)
- SaaS Product Design: Architect intuitive, user-centric interfaces for our complex SaaS applications. Simplify complex workflows into elegant user journeys.
- Web Design: Create high-converting web and landing page designs that align with marketing goals and provide a seamless digital experience.
- Prototyping & Wireframing: Develop low-fidelity wireframes to high-fidelity, interactive prototypes to test ideas and align with product and engineering teams.
2. Graphic & Brand Design
- Visual Asset Creation: Design engaging marketing collateral, digital ads, social media graphics, and sales enablement presentation decks.
- Brand Stewardship: Maintain, evolve, and enforce a consistent visual identity across all platforms, ensuring that typography, layout structures, and color palettes are meticulously applied.
- Print & Editorial (Bonus): Occasionally layout whitepapers, ebooks, or brochures that require a sophisticated eye for print and digital publication standards.
3. Cross-Functional Collaboration
- Work closely with product managers, developers, and marketing teams to translate functional requirements and technical constraints into beautiful, implementable designs.
- Advocate for design excellence while remaining agile enough to iterate based on data, user feedback, and context-specific demands.
Ideal Experience & Profile
- 3-6 years of professional design experience spanning UI/UX, web design, and graphic design.
- A diverse portfolio demonstrating both product design logic and marketing creativity is a must.
- Contextual Intelligence to understand who the user/viewer is and adjust your style to fit the specific requirements.
- Exceptional mastery of layout, color theory, grid systems, and typography.
- Strong communication skills to articulate design decisions, critique constructively, and collaborate with engineering to ensure design fidelity in production.
Tools & Technical Stack
The Elite Suite: Mastery of the industry’s core design tools is mandatory for this role.
- UI/UX & Prototyping: Figma, Adobe XD
- Graphic & Vector Design: Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator
- Publishing & Layout (Highly Preferred): Adobe InDesign
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in design (Interaction, Graphic, Product), Fine Arts, or Human-Computer Interaction (HCI) is preferred.
- Equivalent practical experience or a killer portfolio that speaks louder than a degree will absolutely be considered.
